RESIST & LOVE
If you’re reading this, I’m speaking directly to you. Now is the time to resist that which would destroy us all. Every one of us is seeing what is happening in America. It will impact every single one of us. What’s my view? Firstly, I ask you, regardless of your political affiliation, to begin immediately to question everything you see with this question:
“Where’s the love in that?”
First, they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not a Jew.
Then they came for the Muslims, and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not a Muslim.
Then they came for the Blacks (because their lives didn’t matter), and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not Black.
Then they came for the Hispanics, and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not Hispanic.
Then they came for the LGBT’s, and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not a LGBT.
Then they came for the Women, and I did not speak out and resist —
Because I am not a Woman.
When they come for me,
Who will be left to speak out and resist for me?
When they come for you,
Who will be there to speak out and resist for you?
